Our Ideal Account Executive:

You possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills - particularly over the phone and in written formats - and are tech savvy. You are competitive and assertive by nature and aren't afraid to pick up the phone to pitch our products while demonstrating active listening skills. You may have experience in a sales environment, or you may be looking to start your sales career in a booming industry. Either way, you are motivated by closing deals and exceeding your targets.

Our office is lively and fun, and you can expect to be challenged to at least one ping-pong match per day (if that's your thing, of course). Our sales reps receive compensation of $40,000 base plus commission of 20% to 30% on every new sale they close. On-target-earnings (OTE) is $76,000, and there is no ceiling for commissions!

Responsibilities:

  • Tailoring solutions to businesses of all sizes
  • Executing on business development opportunities
  • Structuring and negotiating transactions 
  • Meeting monthly sales targets
  • Creating a sales pipeline
  • Attending occasional industry trade shows and after-hours networking events
  • Coordinating support, operations, and management resources to meet your customer expectations

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter who is motivated by the prospect of closing new business
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Ability to quickly grow within our evolving company
  • Salesforce experience is considered an asset
