Who Are You?

You are an entry level or fairly inexperienced B2B sales professional. You must possess excellent communication skills - particularly over the phone and in online demos. The people you will primarily be dealing with are HR Managers, HR Coordinators, Consultants and HR Directors. You will most often be provided with warm leads.

You must be digital savvy and have an excellent command of the English language.

- Selling Prevue services into businesses of all sizes. You will be provided with warm/hot leads
- Business development
- Structuring and negotiating transactions across our suite of products and services
- Meet sales targets on a monthly basis
- Create a sales pipeline and identify strategic objectives
- Attend occasional industry trade shows and after-hours networking events
- Coordinate support, operations, and management resources to meet your customer expectations

Required Skills and Experience:
- Self-starter who is motived by the prospect of closing new business
- Excellent command of the English language
- Tech savvy
- Ability to quickly grow within our evolving company
- Salesforce experience considered an asset

Compensation Details
Compensation of $40,000 base plus commission of 20% to 30% on every new sale you close.  OTE of 76K (base is $40,000 + on-target commissions), and there is no ceiling on commissions earned!  If you are an aggressive target driven individual this company and position will be a great fit.  We also offer full benefits, cell phone, gym membership and a casual work environment at a centrally located, downtown office (steps from Burrard Station).

We provide sales reps with roughly 20 hot leads per month, additionally, you will be provided lists of leads generated from tradeshows and other marketing initiatives.    The sales reps are required to generate at least 25% of their sales through focused business development efforts - yes, that means cold calling :)
